1. About AstroRaai and Our Role

AstroRaai is an online platform operated by AstroRaai Innovations Private Limited that connects users with independent astrologers for consultations through chat and voice sessions. AstroRaai acts solely as an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as applicable.

AstroRaai provides the technology platform and does not control, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any advice, predictions, remedies, or opinions shared by astrologers.

Astrologers providing consultations through AstroRaai are independent service providers and are responsible for the consultations, advice, predictions, remedies, and opinions they provide.

2. Eligibility

AstroRaai is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By accessing, registering on, booking a consultation through, or using AstroRaai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

Persons below the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account, book consultations, make payments, or use the consultation services offered through AstroRaai.

3. Booking and Session Fees

AstroRaai consultations are session-based and are not charged on a per-minute basis. The applicable fee for each session will be displayed before payment and must be paid in advance.

Each booking is valid for one consultation session during which the user may ask questions relating to the purpose of the consultation. The session shall continue until the consultation is concluded by the astrologer or the user and is not subject to any predetermined time limit.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by AstroRaai:

• A Kundli Reading session is limited to the analysis of one individual's birth chart (one horoscope/chart only).
• A Numerology session is limited to one individual's date of birth.
• A Tarot Reading session is limited to one individual's energy reading and questions relating to that individual.
• A Palmistry Reading session is limited to the palm of one individual only.
• A session is for one skill set booked by the user.

Any request for additional charts, dates of birth, palms, persons, or separate readings may require the booking of an additional session at the sole discretion of the astrologer or AstroRaai.

The astrologer may conclude the consultation once the questions relevant to the booked consultation have been addressed or where the session is otherwise required to be ended under these Terms.

4. Rescheduling

A user may reschedule a booked session once, up to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. After this cut-off, the session cannot be rescheduled.

A rescheduled session shall remain subject to the same scope and limitations applicable to the original booking.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through authorized payment partners, and AstroRaai does not store users' card, banking, or UPI details.

All sessions are non-refundable. Refunds shall be considered only in the following circumstances:

• The astrologer fails to attend the session;
• A technical issue attributable to AstroRaai prevents the session from taking place; or
• Any other exceptional circumstance at the sole discretion of AstroRaai's management.

Mere dissatisfaction with a consultation, disagreement with an astrologer's opinion, prediction, or recommendation, or the non-occurrence of any predicted event shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

If a user voluntarily leaves, disconnects from, or becomes unavailable during an active consultation, the session shall not ordinarily be eligible for a refund.

Eligible refunds will ordinarily be processed within seven (7) business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

6. Session Continuity

A consultation session is considered continuous once it begins.

If a user goes offline, disconnects, exits the consultation, or remains unresponsive during the session, the system may automatically end the session, and such session shall be deemed completed.

If a session is interrupted due to a technical issue attributable to AstroRaai, AstroRaai may, at its discretion, restore, reschedule, or otherwise address the affected session.

7. Prohibited Topics and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and/or suspension or termination of the user's account:

• Asking questions regarding the gender of an unborn child, which is prohibited under the PCPNDT Act, 1994;
• Sharing personal contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, bank details, or UPI IDs;
• Requesting, sharing, or exchanging contact information for the purpose of continuing a consultation outside the AstroRaai platform;
• Attempting to move consultations outside the AstroRaai platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards astrologers or other users;
• Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose;
• Attempting to misuse the platform, payment system, refund process, or consultation system.

8. Recording and Privacy

Voice sessions may be recorded for moderation, quality assurance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

Chat transcripts may be retained for up to thirty (30) days or for such period as may be required by applicable law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, applicable rules, and AstroRaai's Privacy Policy.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting AstroRaai, subject to applicable legal requirements and any lawful retention obligations.

9. Nature of Guidance / Disclaimer

Astrology consultations provided through AstroRaai are intended for guidance, self-reflection, and spiritual insight only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, or any other professional advice.

No prediction, remedy, or guidance provided by an astrologer should be treated as a guarantee of any outcome.

AstroRaai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or outcome of any consultation, prediction, remedy, or recommendation provided by an astrologer.

Users remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on consultations received through the platform.

10. Grievance Redressal

AstroRaai shall acknowledge complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavour to resolve them within fifteen (15) days or such period as prescribed under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroRaai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of:

• The use or inability to use the platform;
• Any consultation, prediction, remedy, or advice provided by an astrologer;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of a consultation;
• Any decision or action taken by a user based on such consultation.

In any event, AstroRaai's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the particular session giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

AstroRaai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform for any user who:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions;
• Engages in unlawful or fraudulent conduct;
• Engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour;
• Attempts to misuse the platform, payment system, refund process, or consultation system;
• Attempts to circumvent AstroRaai's policies or move consultations outside the platform; or
• Acts in a manner that is harmful to other users, astrologers, or the platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of AstroRaai's registered office in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

AstroRaai reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
